Today, Activities resumed in Lagos in spite of the state being the epicenter of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
Recall that the Lagos State Government agreed to open up the state in phases, in line with President Buhari’s directive few days ago.
However following the resumption of activities in different parts of the state today May 4, some social media users have been sharing videos and photos to give an insight on the state of things in their communities.
While #MaskUpLagos is trending for Lagosians to observe the use of face mask while going out today, #Danfo is also trending because of non-observance of social distancing in “Danfos” which is used by many Lagosians as a means of transportation.
As at yesterday May 3, there are 1107 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Lagos state. Here are photos and videos shared by some social media users, living in different parts of Lagos;
